As a company, we wish to build long term relationships with our clients. There are a variety of ways we can do this, the main two being:
1 – We agree and identify a bespoke package of work that is interconnected and supports our client as a whole. We then draft and agree a mobilisation plan that delivers the various projects over an agreed timescale.
2 – We identify regular project work and typical delivery times, we would then look at how we can streamline the overall process to make it as efficient as possible.
Depending on your company’s needs, the bespoke solution would have KPIs or set Milestones scheduled throughout it’s life cycle to allow visibility and accountability at all times. At this point we would draft a contract for an agreed scheme of of work and provide a detailed mobilisation plan. Once we feel that we understand your requirements we would look to offer an agreed fixed scheme of contracted hours against a fixed monthly rate. As part of any long term contract, we would be willing to review our hourly rate and also offer 30 days credit (subject to status).
